  • Professional Resume

  • Medical Health Form completed by a licensed medical practitioner

*Our Comprehensive background check is extremely thorough as we do our diligence to ensure the safety of your household and your family. Our comprehensive background check includes the following:

  • Social Security Verification

  • Complete address profile

  • Multiple criminal court checks

  • Driving record search

  • Sexual Offender Registry

  • District, County, State, and Federal Court Records

  • Drug and alcohol test

The Right Start Staffing Agency Fees & Guarantees:

Short- Term

or Seasonal: We charge 20% of the gross salary paid to the employee during the commitment period. Short-term or seasonal placements come with a replacement policy for the entire commitment.

Long- Term

We charge a one-time direct placement fee in the amount of 15% of your employee’s gross salary. We are committed to ensuring that our clients are satisfied with their long-term placements. That's why we offer a 30-day refund policy and a six-month replacement policy to give you the peace of mind that comes with knowing that you've made a sound investment concerning your family

Temporary

Our domestic workers are fully insured and bonded through our agency to ensure safety and security. We charge only 20% of the gross salary paid to the employee and our hourly rate starts at an affordable $27.50, depending on the temporary position requested. Plus, we offer a replacement policy for the length of the commitment to ensure your satisfaction.

We understand the importance of locating the Right Nanny or Domestic Helper for your family. Therefore, we have taken the hard work out of it, and we customized simple process just for you.

Upon Contacting our agency, you will complete our Family Application and you will be invited to schedule your Complimentary Discovery Call with the CEO! 

  • Upon Completion of your Discovery Call you will be sent a written proposal laying out all we discussed.
  • Next step will be completing Nanny Agency/Family Contract
  • Family is invited to create their Dashboard to have access to candidates for review.
  • Recruiting and Vetting Process (this process can take a couple of weeks-Family is notified weekly concerning updates)
  • Family Review and Selection of Vetted Candidates
  • Agency Facilitates Zoom Interview with Family and Candidate
  • Meet and Greet/Second Interview is scheduled (Candidate typically is invited to family’s home)
  • Tentative Employment Offer Letter
    • Conduct comprehensive background check to include Social Security Trace, National Sex Offender and Registry Clearance, and DMV Record Check)
    • Nanny Trail (up to one week)
  • Nanny/Family Agreement on behalf of Family and Nanny
  • Payroll Services Set Up
  • Nanny First Day
  • On going support from the Agency
