TRS Screening Process

This is the Most Important Part of what we do!

Every candidate who applies to our agency must be able to complete the following:

  • 01Complete our online application and upload their resume (we require at least three years of professional childcare experience for the age group they desire to provide care for)
  • 02Initial Phone Screening
  • 03Communication and Character Assessment
  • 04Reliability and Dependability Evaluation
  • 05Social Media Review
  • 06Zoom Interview
  • 07Through Employment Screening and Verification Process
  • 08Reference Skill Survey (Each candidate must have at least three childcare references)
  • 09First Aid/CPR Certification
  • 10Vaccinations Updated and Uploaded to their file
  • 11TB Screening and Health Form completed by Licensed Medical Practitioner
  • 12High School Diploma (Required)
  • 13ECE courses and/or college credits (Highly Preferred)eliability and Dependability Evaluation
  • 14Successfully Passed our Comprehensive Background and DMV Record Check
  • 15Any other special requirements the family may require
