NCS typically have undergone specialized training and have advanced knowledge, education, and experience when it comes to newborn and infant care. Many NCS even have experience with lactation support and sleep training. NCS typically commits to working with a family up to the first 12 weeks of the newborn’s life. However, many NCS can commit longer depending on the needs of the family.
